簡要描述：滾筒干燥機是一種內(nèi)加熱傳導型轉(zhuǎn)動連續(xù)干燥設(shè)備。旋轉(zhuǎn)的滾筒通過其下部料槽，粘附著一厚度的料膜，熱量通過管道輸送至滾筒內(nèi)壁，傳導到滾筒外壁，再傳導給料膜，使料膜中的濕得到蒸發(fā)、脫濕、使含濕分的物料得到干燥。干燥好的物料被裝置在滾筒表面的刮刀鏟離滾筒，到置于刮刀下方的螺旋輸送器，通過螺旋輸送器將干物料集中、包裝。

| 工作原理： 滾筒干燥機是一種內(nèi)加熱傳導型轉(zhuǎn)動連續(xù)干燥設(shè)備。旋轉(zhuǎn)的滾筒通過其下部料槽，粘附著一厚度的料膜，熱量通過管道輸送至滾筒內(nèi)壁，傳導到滾筒外壁，再傳導給料膜，使料膜中的濕得到蒸發(fā)、脫濕、使含濕分的物料得到干燥。干燥好的物料被裝置在滾筒表面的刮刀鏟離滾筒，到置于刮刀下方的螺旋輸送器，通過螺旋輸送器將干物料集中、包裝 Working Principle： Drum dryer is a kind of rotating continuous drying equipment with internal heating conducting-style. Certain thickness of materials film attach to the drum from material liquid vessel under the drum. Heat is transferred to the internal wall of the cylinder through pipes and then to the external wall and to materials film, to evaporate the moisture in materials film so as to dry materials. | 性能特點： 1 、熱效率高。因滾筒干燥機傳熱機理屬熱傳導，傳熱方向在整個操作周期中保持*，除蓋散熱和熱輻射損失外，其余熱量全部都用于筒料膜濕分的蒸發(fā)上，熱效率可達70%-80%。 2 、操作彈性大，適用性廣。可調(diào)整滾筒干燥機的諸多干燥因素。如進料的濃度、涂料料膜的厚度、加熱介質(zhì)的溫度、滾筒的轉(zhuǎn)動速度等，都可以改變滾筒干燥機的干燥效率，且諸多因素互無牽連。這給滾筒干燥操作帶來很大的方便，使之能適應多種物料的干燥和不同產(chǎn)量的要求。 3 、干燥時間短。物料的干燥周期一般只有10-300秒，在適合于熱敏性物料。若將滾筒干燥機設(shè)置在真空器中，則可在減壓條件下運行。 4 、干燥速率大。由于涂料抹于筒壁的料膜很薄，一般在0.3-1.5mm，且傳熱、傳質(zhì)方向*，料膜表面可保持20-70kg?H2O/m2?h 的蒸發(fā)強 Characteristics： 1.High heat efficiency. The principle of heat transfer of the cylinder dryer is heat conduction and the conducting direction keeps identical in the whole operation circle. Except heat loss of end cover and radiation loss, all heat can be used for evaporation of wet materials on the wall the cylinder. The efficiency can reach 70-80%. 2.Large operation elasticity and wide application. Various drying factors of the dryer can be adjusted, such as concentration of feeding liquid/thickness of material film, temperature of heating medium, rotating speed of the drum etc. which can change drying speed of the under dryer. As these factors have no interrelations each other, it brings great convenience to dry operation and makes it applicable to dry various materials and to meet different requirements of production. 3.Short drying period. The drying period of materials is normally 10 to 300 seconds, so it is suitable for heat-sensitive materials. It also can be pressure reducing operated if it is put in vacuum vessel. 4.Fast drying rate. As film of materials coated on the wall of the cylinder is very thin.
